Terms and Conditions

I have read and fully understood the terms and policies stated within the FAQ page, including policies on payment, shipping fees, return/exchange, and undeliverable/refused packages. I also understand that KaneiUSA.com does not accept cancellations via email. All cancellations must be tendered by phone within 1 hour of purchase.

International Orders

All international orders are subject to duties, taxes and fees as determined by your local government. USPS and UPS only act as the collectors for the fees due to Customs, and may issue additional invoices as a part of the duties and taxes imposed by your country's customs department. The customer is responsible for all duties and taxes. KaneiUSA.com is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your country's government. All international orders are final and are not eligible for return or exchange. Payment for International Orders must be made by Bank Wire Transfer. Check Payment Method options for details. Shipping charges will be quoted and charged additional after order is submitted.

Custom Orders

Custom Drilled Wheels – There is NO return and NO refund for all custom drilled items upon submitting order..
Custom colors or finishes: All custom finishes and colors have limited one year warranty for orders with special finish or color.

Payment Methods

Wire Transfer: For orders out of USA, whether to be shipped to a local (domestic) address or international, payment must be made by a bank wire transfer. No exceptions.
Bank Wire Transfer information: For security reasons, please email request to Order@kaneiusa.com.
PayPal: We encourage paying with PayPal Instant payment method which will expedite and shorten order processing times.
Credit Card: We accept Amex, Visa, and MasterCard.

Shipping

For USA domestic orders, we currently only offer Ground shipping in our online order system. If you desire expedite delivery services or are placing an order for shipping to a foreign destination, you can contact our Sales office at 1-909-628-6680 to request a shipping quote or print a copy of your estimated order and email to order@kaneiusa.com to request for expedite service quote before you place your order. Due to security reasons, we only ship orders to the billing address connected with your credit card. There are no exceptions. If you need it shipped to a different address, please call your credit card company and add the desired shipping address to your account. International shipping will be quoted and charged after ordering.

Returns

ACE Alloy Wheel does not offer returns/ exchanges on custom drilled order items. Pre-drilled items may be eligible for return or exchange as long as the items have not been mounted, driven on, damaged, modified and are returned in original packing and conditions with freight prepaid by purchaser ; all orders must go through RMA process and through original purchasing wheel dealers, all dealers must contact our customer service department to request RMA form and RMA Identification Number for a authorized return. Return shipment without pre-authorized RMA number printed on package will be refused and return back to purchaser upon delivery.

Warranty

Ace Alloy offers limited lifetime structural warranty however does not cover owner/driver negligence, improper care damage, impact/ crash damage, curb rash; Ace also offers a 3 year limited warranty on finishes. if your wheels purchased thru one of our distributor, we do not address or handle any warranty claims directly and please contact the retail or distributor who you purchase your wheels from. All warranty claims and installation issues must be handled by the dealer/installer that you purchased your products from. Warranty is valid for as long as the original purchaser owns the wheels. Warranties are not transferable to any future parties.

Coverage

This Limited warranty covers every ACE wheel and related accessories against defects in manufacturing material and workmanship under normal and reasonable use. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred.
During those guaranteed period listed below, if the wheel becomes unserviceable due to a covered manufacturing defect, we will repair any faulty workmanship without charge not including any shipping, freight costs, and either repair or replace, at our option.

Warranty period

All New ACE wheels carry a THREE-year limited standard finish warranty and limited LIFETIME structure warranty. Custom finishes or color ordered by customer and supplied by ACE will be limited one year warranty. Special custom finishes will not be warrantied.*

Making claim

All warranty claims must be presented to an ACE Alloy authorized dealer. A Returned Goods Authorization ( RGA) has been issued before returns.
All products that are returned at pre-paid freight either for repair or replacement are subject to inspection by manufacturer prior to the final decision.

Exclusions

• Wear and tear from long term use; such as the fading of paintings, chrome plating.
• Sensuous phenomenon which does not give bad effect on driving performance; recognized as feeling of driving which is caused mostly by miss-adjusting wheel balance.
• Defects become worse by being left or neglected.
• Defect resulting from violation or neglect of rules and cautions listed on this manual.
• Defects resulting from alteration, modification or repairs by other than AMF wheels.
• Defect resulting from installation on vehicle which is altered or modified illegally.
• Defects resulting from improper maintenance or no maintenance at all.
• Defects resulting from installation of improper wheel (ex. Sizes or the like) to the vehicle.
• Defects resulting from installation of incorrect tire size.
• Defects resulting from wrong use of mounting parts; such as nuts, bolts, spacers, hub rings or the like.
• Defects resulting from external factor such as harsh cleaning chemicals or abrasives, roadway chemicals and hazards, and adverse weather.
• Defects resulting from natural calamity such as damage of earthquake, storms, folds and fire or any accident and acts of God.
• Defects resulting from mis-operation of mounting on/off tires and balancing.
• Defects resulting from use at competitive events or use off road.
• Claims without any proof of purchase or of original owner.
• Special custom color finishes already agreed by purchaser upon ordering as without finish warranty.
• Any cost resulting from inconvenience and loss occurred during replace or repair; such as telephone, ret-a-care, hotel, transportation, new tires, compensation for loss of sales,business chance and closed days and etc.
• Defects resulting from the installation on excessive or uncovered vehicle load.

Standard and Testing:

All Ace Wheels has been designed, developed and tested base on USA SAEJ2530 standard , Japan VIA JWL JWL-T standard or Europe TUV standard.
